Section 6: Substitution of rule 18

The Karnataka Forest Department (Allotment of Government Quarters) (Amendment) Rules, 2014State Rules of Karnataka · 1990

For rule 18 of the said rules, the following shall be substituted, namely,- "18. Deposits.- (1) The allottee shall credit in initial deposit with the Deputy Conservator of Forests, Bengaluru Urban Division, Bengaluru before occupation of the quarters at the following rates:-

(1) Group A Officers -Rs.5000/-

(2) Group B Officers -Rs.3000/-

(3) Group C Officers -Rs.2000/-

(4) Group D Officers -Rs.1000/- 2) The.initial deposlt specified in sub-rule(l) is.also.applicable to present occupants. The present occupant or allottee is required to deposit the differential amount within one month from the date of intimation with the Deputy Conservator of Forests, Bengaluru Urban Division, Bengaluru. The initial deposit is subject to refund without any interest upon it amount. after the allottee vacates the quarters in good conditions".
