The State Government may appoint Tahsildars, Inspectors and such other officers and sub-ordinate staff to assist the Commissioner, the Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner in carrying out the provisions of this Act and assign to them such powers, duties and functions under this Act as may be prescribed.
