The Service rendered as work-charged employee shall (to the extent permitted by Rule 248-A of Karnataka Civil Services Rules) be taken into consideration for determining leave and pension of a person absorbed under these rules but, 1963 : KAR. ACT 10] Housing Board (Work charged .....) (Absorption....)

Rules, 1985 123 for purposes of seniority only service from the date of absorption under these rules shall be taken into consideration.
