The provision contained in the Karnataka Civil Services Rules, the Karnataka Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1966, and all other rules regulating the conditions of service of Housing Board employees made under the provision to Article 309 of the Constitution of India which are applicable to other employees of the Karnataka Housing Board shall in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of these rules be applicable to a person absorbed under these rules.
