Section 10: Amendment of the Karnataka (Sandur Area) Inams Abolition Act, 1976 (Karnataka Act 54 of 1976)

The Karnataka Land Revenue and Certain other laws (Amendment) Ordinance, 2006.State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 12 of 1964

In the Karnataka (Sandur Area) Inams Abolition Act, 1976 (Karnataka Act 54 of 1976),- in section 26, in the heading and in section, for the words “Divisional Commissioner” the words “Regional Commissioner” shall be substituted;

in section 27, in the heading and in section, for the words “Divisional Commissioner” the words “Regional Commissioner” shall be substituted;

in section 28, for the words “Divisional Commissioner” the words “Regional Commissioner” shall be substituted.
