Section 12: Amendment of the Karnataka Certain Inams Abolition Act, 1977 (Karnataka Act 10 of 1978)

The Karnataka Land Revenue and Certain other laws (Amendment) Ordinance, 2006.State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 12 of 1964

In the Karnataka Certain Inams Abolition Act, 1977 (Karnataka Act 10 of 1978),- in section 27, in the heading and in section for the words “Divisional Commissioner” the words “Regional Commissioner” shall be substituted;

in section 28, in the heading and in section for the words “Divisional Commissioner” the words “Regional Commissioner” shall be substituted;

in section 29, for the words “Divisional Commissioner” the words “Regional Commissioner” shall be substituted.
