Section 19: Corrections of errors in the minutes

The Karnataka Maritime Board (Conduct of meetings of the Board and its Committees) Regulations, 2019State Regulations of Karnataka · 2017

If any member present draws the attention of the Presiding Authority of the previous meeting to any portion of the minutes of the proceedings of the previous meeting as being 8 erroneously entered in the minutes, such amendment, as such Presiding Authority deems proper, shall be made before the minutes are confirmed by the Board.
