Section 20: The Chairman of Committee and notice of meeting of committees

The Karnataka Maritime Board (Conduct of meetings of the Board and its Committees) Regulations, 2019State Regulations of Karnataka · 2017

The Chairman of a committee appointed by the Board shall be the convener of the meetings. Three clear day’s notice of an ordinary meeting and one day’s notice of a special meeting shall be given.
