Section 6: Mode of delivery of notice

Every notice of the meeting, when date is not fixed at the previous meetings, shall be sent to the members by ordinary post under certificate of posting or by hand delivery:

Provided that in case of urgency the meeting notice may be sent through e-mail, or any other electronic network means.
