(1) The residence provided to a Minister under the Act shall be furnished at the scales specified in the Annexure to these rules.
(2) The expenditure for furnishing the residence of Minister under subrule (1) during the period of 5 years shall not exceed Rs. 5.00 lakhs.

(3) The annual expenditure on repairs and replacements of the articles provided to the residence of a Minister shall not exceed ten percent of the total cost of the furnishings provided thereto.
