Section 6: Repeal and savings

The Karnataka Ministers Residence (Furnishing) Rules 1994State Rules of Karnataka · 1957

(1) The Karnataka Residence of Ministers, Ministers of State and Deputy Ministers (Furnishing) Rules, 1956 are hereby repealed:

Provided that the said repeal shall not affect the previous operation of the said rules or any things duly done or suffered thereunder or affect any right, liability or obligation acquired, accrued or incurred under the said rules.
