Section 12: Manner of claiming social security benefit

The Karnataka Motor Transport and Other Allied Workers Social Secruity and Welfare Act, 2024State Act of Karnataka · Act 13 of 2024

(1) A registered motor transport and other allied worker may apply to the notified claims authority under section 13to avail any of the social security and other benefits mentioned in the schedule.

(2) The manner, format and other eligible criteria shall be as may be prescribed.
