Section 47: Report by Probation officer

The Mysore Borstal School Rules, 1969.State Rules of Karnataka · 1964

If at any time during and period of licence, a Probation officer under whose care an inmate is placed, is of opinion that the inmate has not made any effort to show progress in his work or finds that his conduct is not satisfactory, he shall report the matter to the Superintendent, who in turn shall immediately report to the Inspector General for his orders.
