Section 58: Report and records to be maintained regarding death illness of inmate

The Mysore Borstal School Rules, 1969.State Rules of Karnataka · 1964

(1) The Medical Officer of the school shall keep a record of death of any inmate which shall include particulars relating of the ..17 -17- time the deceased was taken all, when the illness was first noticed by him, the nature of illness, the time of death and the treatment given to the decease.

(2) A Report on the death of any inmate shall be sent to the inspector General by the Superintendent immediately.
