Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Karnataka Parliamentary Secretaries Salary, Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1963State Act of Karnataka · Act 15 of 1963

(1) This Act may be called the 1[Karnataka]1 Parliamentary Secretaries 2[Salary, Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions]2 Act, 1963.

(2) It shall come into force at once.

1. Adapted by the Karnataka Adaptations of Laws Order 1973 w.e.f. 1.11.1973

2. Substituted by Act 7 of 1999 w.e.f. 12.3.1999
