Section 3: The duties and responsibilities of Authorized Officer

The Karnataka Prohibition of smoking and Protection of Health of Non-smokers Rules, 2003.State Rules of Karnataka · 2003

(1) The Authorized Officer appointed under section 6 shall be responsible for the effective implementation of the Act.

(2) He shall hold such periodically meetings with the Police Officers and take such steps required for the effective implementation of Act.
