Section 38: Reports and returns

The Karnataka Public Libraries Act, 1965State Act of Karnataka · Act 10 of 1965

Every Local Library Authority and every person in charge of a public library shall submit such reports and returns and furnish such information to the 1[Director of Public Libraries]1 or any person authorised by him in this behalf as the said librarian or authorised person may, from time to time, require.
