Section 39: Inspection of libraries

The Karnataka Public Libraries Act, 1965State Act of Karnataka · Act 10 of 1965

The 1[Director of Public Libraries]1 or any person authorised by him in this behalf may inspect any public library or any institution attached thereto for the purpose of satisfying himself that the provisions of this Act and the rules and bye-laws made thereunder are duly carried out.
