Section 40: Annual Report

The Karnataka Public Libraries Act, 1965State Act of Karnataka · Act 10 of 1965

(1) The 1[Director of Public Libraries]1 shall, in respect of each financial year, prepare an annual report of the progress made by the Local Library Authorities during the year along with such information and particulars as may be prescribed and submit such report to the State Government before such date as the State Government may by order specify.
