In the principal Act in section 109, in sub-section (2), after clause (u) the following clause shall be inserted, namely:- "(v) to give effect to the Right to Fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Karnataka Amendment) Act, 2019”.
