Section 13: Act to override any Judgement, decree or order of any court or Authority

The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Karnataka Amendment) Act, 2019State Act of Karnataka · Act 16 of 2019

The provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Karnataka Amendment) Act, 2019 shall have effect notwithstanding anything contained in any law of judgement or order of any Court or authority.
