Notwithstanding anything contained in the Karnataka Civil Services (General Recruitment) Rules, 1977, these rules shall be applicable in case of method to be followed while transferring the PSI (Civil/CAR/DAR), ASI/HC(Civil/CAR/DAR), Police Constable: (Civil and CAR/DAR) and F.D.A/S.D.A/DALAYATHS AND OTHER GROUP ‘D’ EMPLOYEES of Police Department from one district/unit to another district/unit or from one Range/Commissionarate to another Range/Commissionarate.
