(1) The Chief Executive Officer of the Local Authority shall publish the voters list of registered street vendors three months before · the scheduled date of election. The suggestions or objections shall be called within fifteen· days and shall be decided by the Municipal Commissioner or the Chief Officer as the case may be, one month before the scheduled date of election. For purpose of election of street vendors to the Town Vending Committee, the list of registered street vendors so finalized shall be the voters list.
(2) The �hief Executive Officer of Lhe Local Authority as the case may be, shall provide the final voters list or registered street vendoi·s to the Co operative Election Authority, Karnataka for Lhe purpose of electing reprcsenLatives amongst the regislered streeL Yenciors.
