Section 7: Duration of the Town Vending Committee

(1) The term of the merr:bers of the Town Vending Committee, other lhan the ex-officio members, shall be five .years or up to the term of the office if any held by him whichever is earlier from the date of first meeting of the Tm.vn Vending Committee held after the elections held as specified in th�se rules.

(2) The process of electing or nominating, as the case may be, of the members on the committee shall be �01npleted before the expiry of their term.
