The Registering Authority may cancel the Certificate of Registration if the Tutorial Institution has violated any of the provisions of the Act, the rules, circulars, orders instructions etc issued under the Act. Provided that the cancellation of the Registration under this rules, not be made unless, the Institution is given a reasonable opportunity of being heard.
