Section 10: Publication of the grant, suspension or cancellation of license and list of Warehousemen and their Warehouses

The Karnataka Warehouses Rules,1969.State Rules of Karnataka · 1962

The Names and location of warehouses and the names and address of Warehousemen licenced under the Act as on the first day of April every year shall be published in the Karnataka Gazette before the fifteenth day of the May of the same year. Subsequent suspension or cancellation of any license shall also be published in the Karnataka Gazette.
