If a Warehouseman delivers a part of the goods for which a negotiable receipt has been issued, he shall indicate clearly upon such receipt a statement of the goods or packages which have been so delivered. On his failure to make such statement, the Warehouseman shall be liable for failure to deliver all the goods specified in the receipt to anyone who purchases the receipt in good faith and for valuable consideration whether the purchaser acquired title to the receipt before or after the delivery of any portion of the goods.
