Section 10: Cognizance of offence

The Kerala Ayurveda Health Centres (Issue of Licence and Control) Act 2007State Act of Kerala · Act 28 of 2007

No court shall take cognizance of an offence punishable under this Act except on a report specifying the facts constituting such offence, made by the Director or an officer not below the rank of the District Medical Officer of Indian Systems of Medicine in this behalf.
