(1) Any person aggrieved by an order of the Director, passed under this Act, may prefer an appeal before the Government within thirty days from the date of receipt of such order, and the Government shall, after giving the appellant an opportunity of being heard, pass an order confirming, modifying or cancelling the order subjected to appeal, as they deem fit.
(2) The order passed by the Government under sub-section (1) shall be final.
