Section 32: Delegation of powers

The Commonwealth Trust, Kozhikode (Acquistion and Transfer of Undertaking) Act, 2012State Act of Kerala · Act 1 of 2018

(1) The Government may, by notification in the Gazette, direct that all or any of the powers exercisable by them under this Act, other than the powers under section 33 and section 35 may also be exercised by any person or persons as may be specified in the notification.

(2) Whenever any delegation of power is made under sub-section (1), the person to whom such power has been delegated shall act under the direction, control and supervision of the Government.
