Section 33: Power to remove difficulties

The Commonwealth Trust, Kozhikode (Acquistion and Transfer of Undertaking) Act, 2012State Act of Kerala · Act 1 of 2018

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, remove such difficulty:

Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.
