Section 34: Declaration as to the policy of the State

The Commonwealth Trust, Kozhikode (Acquistion and Transfer of Undertaking) Act, 2012State Act of Kerala · Act 1 of 2018

It is hereby declared that this Act is for giving effect to the policy of the State towards securing the principles specified in clause (b) of article 39 of the Constitution of India.

Explanation.— In this section “State” has the same meaning as in article 12 of the Constitution of India.
