Section 28: Removal of difficulties

The Kerala Employment Guarantee Workers Welfare Fund Act, 2021State Act of Kerala · Act 29 of 2021

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order published in the Gazette do anything which appear to them to be necessary and not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act for the purpose of removing the difficulty:

Provided that no such order shall be passed after the expiry of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.

(2) Every order passed under sub-section (1) shall be laid before the Legislative Assembly.
