Section 7: Removal of difficulties

The Gandhiji University (Dissolution of the Senate and the Syndicate) Act, 1988State Act of Kerala · Act 13 of 1988

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, as occasion may require, by order, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, remove such difficulty.

(2) Every order made under sub-section (1) shall be published in the Gazette and shall, as soon as may be, after it is made, be laid before the State Legislature.
