Section 8: Repeal and saving

The Gandhiji University (Dissolution of the Senate and the Syndicate) Act, 1988State Act of Kerala · Act 13 of 1988

(1) The Gandhiji University (Dissolution of the Senate and the Syndicate) Ordinance, 1987 (7 of 1987) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
