(2) The accounts of the Devaswom shall be subject to concurrent audit, that Is to ~ay, the audit shall take place a~ and when e"penditure is mcurred.

67 (3~ The audtt shall he made by auditors appointed in the pnscribed rn.-.nnr.J, who ~hall be dt,uncd to be public 'icrvanb within the meaning of section 21 of the Indi.tn P ;nal Code (Centt a! Act 45 of I 860).
