Section 31: Power to remove difficulties

He Super Clays and Minerals Mining Company (Private) Limited (Acquisition of Undertakings) Act, 1983State Act of Kerala · Act 3 of 1984

If any difficulty arises in giving effect 14 to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, remove the difficulty:

Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the appointed day.
