Section 32: Repeal and saving He Super Clays and Minerals Mining Company (Private) Limited (Acquisition of Undertakings) Act, 1983 State Act of Kerala · Act 3 of 1984
(1) The Super Clays and Minerals Mining Company (Private) Limited (Acquisition of Undertakings) Ordinance, 1983 (38 of 1983), is hereby repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
THE SCHEDULE (See sections 7, 17, 18 and 22)
1. Paid up Capital of the Company
2. Sundry creditors as on 2-3-1976 (as per audited Balance Sheet as on 31-12-1975)
3. Other liabilities as on 2-3-1976 (as per audited Balance Sheet as on 31-12-1975)
4. Unsecured loans as on 2-3-1976 (as per audited Balance Sheet as on 31-12-1975).
