Any person who obstructs the entry of a person authorised under section 32, to enter into or upon any land or building or who obstructs the lawful exercise by him of any power conferred by or under this Act 6[shall be liable to a fine, which shall not be less than ten thousand rupees but may extend to fifty thousand rupees, subject to such conditions as may be prescribed].
