No suit shall be instituted against the Corporation, or any Member, or any officer or subordinate of the Corporation or any person acting under the direction of the Corporation or the Managing Director or of any officer or subordinate of the Corporation in respect of any act done or intended to be done under this Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder, until the expiration of sixty days next, after written notice has been delivered or left at the Corporation’s Office or the place of abode of such Member, officer, subordinate or person, stating the cause of action, the name and place of abode of the intending plaintiff and the relief which he claims, and the plaint must contain a statement that such notice has been delivered or left promptly.
