Section 53: Removal of difficulties

The Kerala Industrial Infrastructure Development Act, 1993State Act of Kerala · Act 3 of 1993

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act the Government may, as occasion may require, by order, do anything not inconsistent with this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder, which appear to them necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty:

Provided that no such order shall be passed after two years from the date of commencement of this Act;

(2) Every order made under sub-section (1) shall be laid before the Legislative Assembly.
