1[The powers and duties under sections 31, 32 and 33 of the Act, authorized to be exercised under section 34 shall be exercised and performed by the Collector, the Punja Special Officer or the Irrigation Officer , as the case may be. In addition, they shall also supervise the work done by the Padasekharam Committee.]
