The Kerala Labour Welfare Fund ActState Act of Kerala · Act 11 of 1977

(1) The Government may by notification in the Gazette, appoint a Labour Welfare Fund Commissioner who shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Bpard, 4 The conditions of appointment and service and the scale of pay of the Commissioner shall be such as may he prescribed.

It shall be the duty of the Commissioner to ensure that the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder are duly ealTied out and for this purpose he shall have the A:

power to issue such orders not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and the rule made thereunder, as lie deems fit, including any order implementing the decisions taken by the Board under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
