Section 23: Finance O/jIcer

The Kerala Labour Welfare Fund ActState Act of Kerala · Act 11 of 1977

( I) The Board shall have a Finance Officer appointed by the Government by notification in the Gazette.

The Finance Officer shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.

The conditions of appointment and service and the scale of pay of the Finance Officer shall be such as may he prescribed.
