Section 114: Amendments to certam enactments

The Kerala Land Reforms Act, 1963 (No.1 of 1964)State Act of Kerala · Act 1 of 1964

(!) Sections 7 and 9 of the Devaswom Verumpattamdaras (Settlement) Proclamation, XXII I of 1118, shall be omitted.

(2) In Explanation I to sect10n 45 ofthe Travancore Jenmi and Kudiyan Act of 1071, for the words "sixteen and two-third times" the words " eight and one-th11 d times" shall be substituted.

1 (3) In Explanation I to section 48 of the Kanam Tenancy Act, 1955 for the words " sixteen and two-third times", the words "eight and one-third times " shall be substituted.
