Section 115: Appearance before Land Tribunal or L'lnd Board

( I) Any appearance, apphcation or act in or to any Land Tribunal or the Land Board required or authorised by law to be made or done by a party in such Land Tnbunal or the Land Board, may be made or done by the party m person or by his recognised agent or by a pleader appeanng, applying or acting, as the case may be, on his behalf 3/26-5 66
Provided that any such appearance shall, if the Land Tribunal or Land Board so directs, be made by the party in person.
(2) The recognised agents of parties by whom such appearance, application and act may be made or done are persons holding powers of attorney authorising them to make and do such appearance, application and act on behalfofsuch parties. -
