Any person causing destruction or damage to, or removal of, trees, buildings machmery, plant, or apparatus, situated on any land indicated as land ~I I I I I _______ j 1 67 to be surrendered under sub-section (2) of section 85 shall be punishable with Imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine not exceedmg one thousand rupees, or with both.
