The Kerala Land Reforms Act, 1963 (No.1 of 1964)State Act of Kerala · Act 1 of 1964

( l) No court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act, except on complaint m writing made by an officer authonsed by the Government in this behalf.

(2) No court inferior to that of a Magistrate of the first class shall try any offence pumshable under this Act.
