For the purchase pnce payable by the cult1vatmg tenant, there shall be a first charge on the land to which the purchase relates, subject to the charges for any dues payable to the Government. \'\'here the second or any subsequent mstalment IS not deposited on the due date, the Land Board may, on apphcat10n from any person entitled to the mstalment of the purchase price in default or any part thereof, pass an order directing the payment of the amount; and the order of the Land Board may be executed through the court as 1f it were a dec1ee passed by it:
Provided that where the right, title and interest of the landowner or intermediary which is a religious, charitable or educational mstitution of a public nature have vested m the Government under section 66, the instalment of the purchase price in default or any part thereof due to the Government shall be recoverable as an arrear of l:ind revenue under the provis1ons of the Revenue Recovery Act for the time being in force.
