Section 10: Coupon books and coupons not transferable

The Kerala Legislative Assembly Ex-Members (Free Transit) Rules 2009State Rules of Kerala · 1976

(1) The coupon books and the coupons issued under these rules shall be non-transferable and shall be used only for journeys by the Ex-member in whose favour they are issued and his or her spouse and a person accompanying him or her.

(2) In the event of any Ex-member ceasing to be an Ex-member, the unused coupons shall be returned to the Secretary.
